What is secuvera? Which values and guidelines do we follow? Our understanding of sustainability shows in our consulting, in how we treat our employees, in how we run our business and in environmental protection.
Sustainable consulting
We want to deliver added value to the organisations we advise and test. Our consulting and testing should provide value that holds up for as long as possible.
If a requested service fits an organisation's goals less well than another, we say so and advise accordingly. This also applies if the alternative service would mean less revenue for us or if we do not offer it ourselves.
The high quality of our services also contributes to sustainability. That is why we see ourselves as a quality provider.
Our quality management and project feedback process let us measure whether we meet our goals and ensure that any problems are identified and resolved.
Sustainable HR policy
We want to offer our employees a long-term, satisfying workplace. At secuvera, people can and should develop professionally and personally.
We aim to achieve personal freedom and satisfaction with the workplace, colleagues and working environment through many measures. We measure all of this through anonymous employee surveys and always use the feedback by communicating the results and reviewing the survey in internal workshops. Improvements are developed and implemented together.
Sustainable business
Our economic goal is the long-term continuity of the company and thus of its jobs. Of course, an annual profit is always a goal for a commercial enterprise. However, profit is also used to maintain sufficient liquidity reserves. Maintaining and building up reserves takes precedence over distributing profits to employees and shareholders.
Our in-year controlling and the annual balance sheet ratios ensure that these goals are met.
Sustainable environmental protection
Our business travel and general operations have negative environmental impacts. We consider ourselves obliged to reduce these to a minimum within our means and to use opportunities to improve our environmental performance.
Our environmental management is based on ISO 14001. Risks and opportunities are continuously identified, assessed and treated. Our published guideline describes the environmental goals, the shared responsibility within the team and how we deal with unavoidable impacts.
