secuvera's Great Place to Work awards from 2020 to 2026
Great Place to Work since 2019: looking for new crew members.

Understand cybersecurity. Advise organisations sustainably. Become part of the team.

We want to talk openly with each other, take criticism on board and develop ideas together. Everyone can contribute and take responsibility for their own tasks. What counts is the result, not the hierarchy.

Some people fit in with us extremely well, and we with them. Others fit less well. That is neither good nor bad, just different. We are not perfect. But we make an effort to keep getting better.

At secuvera, people from different disciplines work together on cybersecurity. We advise organisations, test technical systems and assess digital products against recognised standards. In this way, we combine experience from management systems, technical security testing and product security. Regular professional exchange and external training keep our knowledge up to date.

Great Place to Work – Certified, September 2026 to September 2027

Continuously certified as a Great Place to Work since 2019.

The certification is based on an anonymous employee survey and an assessment of our HR measures.

Employer profile at Great Place to Work

Flexible working time models. A pleasant way of organising work.

Remote work

Remote work is possible as long as the task does not require you to be present. For example, a test object in our laboratory may require an on-site appointment. Once a month we meet for a team day at the office. Our “campfire” matters to us. That day is all about the team.

Part-time

Whether for part-time studies, your family or simply more time for yourself: with some lead time for project planning, we change your working time model wherever possible.

Sabbatical or leave

Rowing around the world or a longer break: with some lead time, we plan it together.

Holiday planning

We work on a project basis. If you plan in good time, you can set your holidays without internal coordination.

Organising everyday life

The telecom provider is installing your internet sometime between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m.? No problem, just work from home that day.

What you can expect from us.
